Learning through play
Recent research by Gallup showed that employee engagement is vastly improved when people have meaningful friendships with their colleagues. Playing together and sharing experiences can nurture friendships that are taken back into the workplace.
Games provide metaphors for the workplace, and allow people the space to reflect on their workplace practices and relationships. We offer team-building, problem-solving and communication games and activities either in-house or at the Marston Vale Forest Centre.
Our sessions balance high energy activities with opportunities for discussion and reflection. Team-building activities and structured play can be used as a stand alone activity or alongside conservation work at the Forest Centre or in partnership with other voluntary organisations.
